We have a HP 4700 and a Xerox perform center copier.
We consistently tell our workforce to verify defaults and only print color jobs to the color machine. But they never listen.
So our color laser is operating overtime and we require to fix it quick
How can we make confident that only the color jobs go to the laser and all other (black and white) go to the xerox
We are entirely networked and everyone is tough wired in.

Hit handle p on a document, choose properties, and then in properties select a profile for each personal printer- So for the laser printer make up a profile called “color only” and set the properties to only print color.
